Fang Cyst    歯根嚢胞について

Fang Cyst is the sick in the bone of the root of a tooth.
The pus collects in the bone of the root of a tooth, and internal pus grows.

Fang Cyst is made in the teeth whose nerves are dead or taken out.
It doesn't happen in normal teeth .
The space with nerves of teeth becomes dirty and the bacillus breeds, then it is pushed out of the point of the root.
The state that the pus collects there is called Fang Cyst.

歯の根の先端部分の骨に膿の袋のような空間ができ、
内部に膿を蓄えながら時間とともに少しずつ大きくなっていく病気を
「歯根嚢胞（しこんのうほう）」と呼びます。

歯根嚢胞の多くが歯の根の先端の尖った部分に膿などをもった空間ができます。
歯根嚢胞が出来るのは、神経が死んでいる歯か、
すでに神経を取った治療を行なっている歯で、生きている歯には起こりません。
歯の神経が入っていた空間が汚れて細菌が繁殖し、根の先端から押し出され、
そこに膿が溜まった状態が歯根嚢胞です。

Making the road to the pus in teeth    膿への道を歯の内部に確保する

All the covering one and stuffings are removed, advancing in the space with the nerve in teeth.
Then, the hole of the tip is opened.
The pus that had been confined in the bone comes out of teeth.

被せものや詰め物を全て外して、歯の内部の神経がある空間をたどり、
根の先端部分にある膿の袋に繋がる穴をあけます。
骨に閉じ込められていた膿が歯の中から出てきます。

Cleaning in teeth   歯の内部の清掃

The bacillus remains in teeth.
These are scraped with special apparatus.

歯の内部には細菌が繁殖した空間が残っています。
これらを専用の器具でヤスリがけのようなイメージで削り落としていきます。

Putting stuffing inter   詰め物を入れる

Inside of teeth is made to be sterile.
Then, the bacillus from the outside is prevented from invading filling the hole with stuffing.
However, the symptom might not improve it even if it is treated.
At that time,it might be necessary to extract teeth or to directly removes the bag of the pus.

歯の内部を無菌状態にします。
その後根の穴に隙間なく詰め物で満たして、外部からの細菌が侵入しないようにします。
根の治療を行なったのに症状が改善しない場合には、大きさに関わらず、
抜歯をしたり骨の一部を削り膿の袋を直接取り除く手術が必要なこともあります。
