Tooth Decay   虫歯について

The decayed tooth is a disease that the acid by the bacillus in the dental plaque melts your teeth.
Enamel and dentin melt when leaving it.
Then, the pulpitis is generated after the bacterium reaches the dental pulp, and a strong pain is generated.
In addition, the bacterium that passed the root of a tooth invades the bone of the mandible and the inside of the body. In the worst case, you die.

歯に付着した歯垢内に住み着いた細菌が酸を発生させることで、歯が溶けてしまう病気です。
放置するとエナメル質、象牙質が溶け、歯髄にまで菌が達し、歯髄炎を起こし、強い痛みが発生します。更にこれを放置すると歯根を通った菌が顎の骨、体内に侵入し、最悪の場合死に至ることもあります。

Symptom Of Tooth Decay   虫歯の症状

C0

C0 is an initial decayed tooth from which teeth are not planed.
In CO, you have a black pigmentary deposit on the molar or have cloudiness in the surface of the front tooth.

C0とは歯が削れていない初期虫歯のことを言います。奥歯に黒い色素沈着が見られる、または前歯の表面に白濁が見られる状態のことです。

C1とC2

In C1 or C2, the decayed tooth reaches enamel and the substantia eburnea.
When it eats the something cold, you have a pain in teeth. So-called hypersensitive perception is generated, and you sometimes have a pain in teeth.

虫歯がエナメル質、象牙質に達している状態です。冷たいものがしみる、いわゆる知覚過敏が発生し、歯に時々痛みを覚えます。

C3

In C3, the decayed tooth reaches reached the nerve.
You feel pain in your teeth when food is bitten or when the something hot is put in the mouth.
Teeth in C3 indicate the teeth after the nerve is removed.

虫歯が進行し、神経にまで達した状態です。常に痛みがあり、食べ物をかんだとき、または熱いものを口に入れたときにひどく痛みます。 神経除去後の歯のことも指します。

C4

In C4, the decayed tooth progresses extremely, teeth are melted, and only the root of a tooth remains.
When the invasion of the bacterium advances, and even the nerve rots, you might not feel the pain felt till then.

虫歯が極度に進行し、歯は溶かされ、歯根しか残っていない状況です。菌の侵食が進み、神経まで腐ってしまった場合、それまで感じていた痛みを感じなくなることがあります。

When the decayed tooth is left, the root of a tooth is infected. Then the radicular cyst is generated in the bacterium.

C4の虫歯を放置すると、歯根が菌に冒され、歯根嚢胞などが発生します。さらに神経の孔を通して顎の骨に細菌が感染すると、骨膜炎が起き、顔がパンパンにはれ上がります。更にこれを放置すると、歯根の先の菌や毒素が、血管に流れ込み、心臓などに病気をおこし、最悪の場合死に至る可能性があります。

Medical Treatment Plan   治療の方針

C0

You hardly take the treatment cutting down the decayed tooth in this stage. it is possible to restore your teeth by the re-calcification treatment.

この段階の虫歯に対して歯を削る治療をすることはほとんどありません。 再石灰化治療によってこの段階の虫歯であれば治すことができます。

C1とC2

After it administers anesthetics, the decayed tooth is removed if it is necessary.
After the removal of the decayed tooth ends, stuffing is packed.
The metal and the ceramic might be used.

必要があれば麻酔をかけた後、虫歯を除去します。虫歯の除去が終わったあとは詰め物が詰められます。金属やセラミックなどが用いられる場合もあります。

C3

The infected part is removed and the nerve is disinfected.
Then, teeth are restored by the foundation formation and stuffing.

虫歯が神経に達している場合、歯の感染している部位を除去し神経の消毒をします。この後、土台形成や詰め物のような手段を用いて、歯の復元を行います。

C4

To our regret, a tooth is usually extracted.
However, doing the operation on the gum and stuffing might go well.

残念ながら、通常は抜歯となってしまいます。しかし、歯ぐきの手術を行う、詰め物をして残すなどの処置がなされる場合もあります。通常、周りの骨などの診断がなされたあとに処置が決定します。
